SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CA (October 7, 2024) - Silicon Valley Rush is trying to keep from falling any further out of the race.
Two first-half goals from Felipe Aguayo helped Silicon Valley Rush earn a 4-2 victory over Club Tepa in a NISA Nation Pacific Region match at South San Francisco High School on Sunday, Oct. 4.
The victory brought an end to a two-match winless streak for Silicon Valley Rush (2-1-1 overall), which is six points behind Afghan Premier FC with a match in hand in the Pacfic Region.
On Saturday, Alberto Renteria scored twice as Temecula FC beat Worldwide Problems FC 3-2 at Chaparral High School in Temecula, CA.
Also on Sunday, Afghan Premier FC needed two second-half goals to come from behind and defeat Modesto City FC 2-1 at Central Catholic High School in Modesto, CA, and Bryce Watson scored the first two goals as FCGS Force beat Olympiacos CA 11-0 at Rio Hondo College in Whittier, CA.
