LA MIRADA, CA (April 24, 2024) - Laguna FC forward Jose Sanchez has been selected NISA Nation Player of the Week for April 15-21.

Sanchez scored twice in the second half as Laguna FC won its first NISA Nation Pacific Region match with a 5-2 victory over Modesto City FC at Central Catholic High School in Modesto, CA, on Sunday, April 21.

A native of Guanajuato, Mexico, Sanchez graduated from Galileo Academy of Science and Technology in San Francisco. He previously played for Santos FC and Mezcala in the San Francisco Soccer Football League (SFSFL).

Presented by Xara, the NISA Nation Player of the week is selected from nominations from league members.
