LA MIRADA, CA (October 18, 2023) - Temecula FC forward Amfed Luquez was selected NISA Nation Player of the Week for Oct. 9-15.

Luguez scored three goals in 8 minutes for Temecula FC in a 13-0 rout of Lobos FC at Patricia H. Birdsall Sports Park on Saturday, Oct. 14.

A native of Nicaragua, Luquez scored in Temecula FC's Lamar Hunt U.S. Open Cup second round qualifying win over Murrieta Soccer Academy. He previously played professionally with Real Madriz FC and Managua FC.

Presented by Xara, the NISA Nation Player of the week is selected from nominations from league members.
