TEMECULA, CA (May 22, 2023) - The final league table will be the judge but Temecula FC is still making its case.

The Quails earned their fifth shutout of the season in a 2-0 win over Capo FC, last season's Southwest Region champion, at Patricia H. Birdsall Park on Sunday, May 21.

Diego Valley scored in the second half and earned Man of the Match for Temecula FC (6-1-0 overall), which continues to trail in the Southwest Region behind FCGS Force (7-1-0).

FC Golden State went on the road and pushed its lead with a 4-1 win at SC Union Maricopa, and Olympiacos CA drew 3-3 with Toros Neza FC.

In the Pacific Region, Windmill City FC topped Modesto City FC 5-1, and JASA RWC continued its unbeaten start with a 2-1 win over Bay Area United FC.
