Florida and Pacific Complete Successful Inaugural Seasons

CHICAGO (July 25, 2022) – NISA Nation's 2022 spring season crowned four champions this weekend – Club De Lyon FC (Orlando), Florida Region; New Jersey Alliance FC (Passaic, NJ), Northeast Region; Battleborn FC (Northern Nevada), Pacific Region; Capo FC (San Juan Capistrano, Calif.), Southwest Region. This was the first season for the Florida and Pacific regions. New Jersey Alliance backed up its Fall 2021 title.

“This has been an amazing season of growth for the clubs and the league,” said Jonathan Rednour, managing director of NISA Nation. “NISA Nation is an incubator of sorts for clubs wanting to grow on the pitch and in the front office. While there were wide spreads in points top to bottom, every club gained the same valuable experience to better understand what it takes to run a club at the professional level.”

Key stats from the spring season include:

  • 474 goals scored

“We already are working on the 2022 fall schedule for all four regions,” Rednour says. “Importantly, we are in discussions with clubs in other parts of the country to begin expand our footprint and provide more opportunities for growth.”
